Social Impact and DEI Report 2022

How did we intentionally act in our mission of making marketing better while having a positive impact on the world in 2022? We focused our efforts on three key areas: our people, the community around us, and our governance structure for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Since 2019, we have been committed to providing financial support to projects that align with our culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Among the initiatives we have supported are the "Elas Festival," which focuses on empowering women.

85% of the leadership team completed an Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Mindset Course

of our team dedicated their work-time to skill-based volunteering activities, through our partnered organizations and also by the Rockers Taking Care challenge to share knowledge with underrepresented students. This is an opportunity to democratize access to academic support for thousands of youths that are starting in the job market.

DEI Governance

In 2022, our company established governance focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to work with more accountability and ensure a solid foundation for sustained growth. In March, we formed the DEI Committee to direct our efforts in these areas.

For the composition of this Committee, selection processes were carried out for leaders of Rocker Network Groups (RNG) — previously called affinity groups.

Inclusion Rocks, organized for people with disabilities and representative of the Accessibility pillar

Code of Conduct

In 2022, we launched training about our Code of Conduct, and Security and Information Privacy Awareness as mandatory for all our employees.

We have SafeSpace, our Ethics & Compliance Channel as a grievance mechanism, to report the incident confidentially, should anyone experience or witness any form of misconduct that goes against our Code of Conduct.
