In 2022, our company established governance focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to work with more accountability and ensure a solid foundation for sustained growth. In March, we formed the DEI Committee to direct our efforts in these areas.
For the composition of this Committee, selection processes were carried out for leaders of Rocker Network Groups (RNG) — previously called affinity groups.
