Create a buyer persona for your business. If you are internationalizing your company, do not translate your already existing buyer persona. Create a brand new one.
Buyer persona is a semi-fictional character that represents your ideal customer.
Create a topic cluster with the most important keywords for your business.
Topic cluster is a group of different web pages linked to the same pillar page. The cluster helps search engines to understand what are the main subjects that your domain covers.
Create a pillar page for each keyword of your cluster. They will probably be head-tail keywords.
Head-tail: keywords with a high search volume. They are usually top of the funnel keywords.
Create a list with long-tail keywords that will be the satellite posts in your cluster.
Long-tail: keywords with a low search volume. They are usually bottom of the funnel keywords.
Every time you post a new piece, find five published articles that can link to the new one.
Find a good partner to create a co-marketing strategy. Try to launch ebooks, tools, kits, and webinars with them.
Check the DA and spam of your partner’s domain. Only accept the co-marketing if their DA is good and the spam link is low.
DA: short for domain authority. It’s a score on how reliable your website is. You can use tools like Moz to check your DA.
Promote your content on social media, email marketing, feed, push notifications, and web directories.
Audit your blog regularly: contents, SEO, page speed.
