Set and Receive Payments with Confidence

Determine the value to present to the client in a negotiation and ensure a surprise-free payment!

When a client places an order on WriterAccess, a portion of the payment goes to us, and a portion goes to you—the talent on the platform. Tax fees are also applied according to the regulations of each country.
 
When viewing an order on the platform (Menu > Orders > Available), the displayed value already takes into account this division and tax discounts. In other words, that is exactly the amount you will receive after the content is approved.
 
However, when negotiating the value of a project or customized service with the client (Menu > Casting Calls > Available), we recommend using this calculator to obtain a more accurate estimate of the value to be communicated to the client and the amount you will receive.

Instructions:

  1. As a first step, select the currency (USD or BRL) in which the payment will be made—confirm this information with the client.
  2. Next, enter the value that you consider appropriate and wish to receive, taking into account the complexity of the work, skill requirements, and research needed for quality delivery.
  3. As a result, the calculator will show the value that you should present to the client, including the total discounts that will be applied later by the platform. This way, at the end of the service, you will receive the planned amount
