People Management

As a leader I'll have some important values to guide all my process: accountability and ownership, value each one of the team, transparency and to try provide resources to everyone can work better.

Besides that, my thing is: "give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man how to fish, he eats for a lifetime".

I'll also always to keep in mind that our metrics and team need to be aligned with the company main goals and to think that the onboarding process is forever under construction, in a way that we can always improve the process.

As the value of Rock's culture, I think that one most important thing that I can do for the team is lead by example.

For me, besides that be a Rock's Culture value, it's a personal value, too.

I want to work hard to help and inspire the team. I know I can bring this Agile and scalable mindset to our process to help Rock raise the bar with our solutions.

THANK YOU! =)
