MARKETING METRICS: The columns that are editable are:

GOAL (where you should put the goal you want to reach in that period of time)
DEADLINE (time limit to reach that goal) and
CURRENT NUMBER (where you should weekly put the number you already achieved)

From then on, you can visualize how far you are from the goal and what are the metrics that needs more attention from your team. These cells will be filled automatically.

SALES METRICS: You should edit the same columns as before: GOAL, DEADLINE and CURRENT NUMBER.

The difference here is that you should fill only the numbers from each salesperson. That way, the upper part of the spreadsheet (GENERAL) will inform the numbers of your team as a whole, collecting data from eash salesperson and compiling the info.
